The rental prices are for 2 people. Each additional person is charged at CHF 40 per night.
For the final cleaning and each intermediate cleaning for a rental period longer than one week, a flat rate, for each cleaning of CHF 150 will be charged.
For stays of several weeks with a corresponding rental price reduction, all included services such as electricity for electric cars, the provision of fee-based garbage bags, gas for the BBQ, etc. will be excluded.
The allocation of the apartment/floor will be based on request or availability.

Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
